Rajiv Roy

Rajiv Roy is a Senior Venture Partner at 3Lines LLC, focusing on early and growth-stage investments in artificial intelligence and disruptive software companies across the United States and India. Prior to entering venture capital in 2019, he spent a decade as Vice President of Business Development at Rudolph Technologies, executing eight merger and acquisition transactions. His earlier executive experience includes serving as Director of Strategic Marketing at August Technology Corp. and President of Semiconductor Technologies & Instruments. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and two graduate degrees from The University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, he is a member of the IITEAN angel investor network and an investor with Scout Hill Investments. Roy currently leverages his extensive operational background in the semiconductor industry to evaluate and support emerging technology startups.
