Rajiv Srivatsa

Rajiv Srivatsa is a Partner at Antler India, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Bangalore, India. Prior to entering the venture capital sector in 2020, he co-founded Urban Ladder, a prominent Indian omnichannel furniture retailer, where he served as Chief Product and Technology Officer for over seven years. During his tenure, Urban Ladder secured over $115 million in funding from institutional investors including Sequoia Capital and Steadview Capital before its eventual acquisition by Reliance Retail. Earlier in his career, Srivatsa held product management roles at Yahoo and served as a Senior Systems Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Bangalore. His professional background centers on scaling consumer technology platforms and deploying early-stage capital to emerging Indian startups.
