Rami El Assal

Dr. Rami El Assal is the Managing General Partner at Boutique Venture Partners, where he leads early-stage healthcare investments. Before transitioning to the venture capital industry, he served as a Research Scientist at the Stanford University School of Medicine and completed extensive postdoctoral fellowships at Harvard Medical School. In his current investment capacity, El Assal has directed more than a dozen early-stage funding rounds across the biotechnology and medical technology sectors. He actively serves on the corporate boards of directors for several portfolio companies, including PrinterPrezz and Genalyte. His financial performance and strategic guidance led to his formal recognition as one of the Top 25 Healthcare Investors by GrowthCap Advisory in 2022. El Assal currently focuses on leveraging his clinical and academic background to identify and scale emerging digital health and innovative medical technology startups.
