Rami Essaid

Rami Essaid is the CEO and Co-Founder of Finmark, a financial modeling software company based in the Washington, DC area. Before launching Finmark, he co-founded and served as CEO of Distil Networks, a regional cybersecurity startup that he scaled to over $25 million in annual revenue and 129 employees. Under his leadership, the bot mitigation platform secured $70 million in venture capital funding and acquired more than 500 customers before being purchased by Imperva in 2019. As a three-time technology entrepreneur, Essaid previously founded and sold ChitChat Communications and participated in the 2012 TechStars accelerator program, where he also won the SXSW Interactive HATCH pitch competition. His current professional focus centers on leveraging his extensive enterprise software experience to build accessible SaaS solutions that simplify complex financial planning processes for early-stage technology startup founders.
