Raphael Wisniewski

Raphaël Wisniewski is an Associate at Andera Partners, where he focuses on venture capital investments across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. He brings over two decades of healthcare finance experience to his current role, having joined the European venture capital firm in 2001. Wisniewski began his career in London, spending seven years in healthcare investment banking with Salomon Smith Barney from 1996 to 1999 and Goldman Sachs from 1999 to 2001. He currently manages transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings, while serving on the boards of portfolio companies such as EG 427 and Artios. His historical investment portfolio includes board positions at successfully exited companies like Axonics Modulation Technologies and Chase Pharmaceuticals. Wisniewski maintains a primary focus on executing complex financial transactions and guiding strategic growth for life sciences companies.
