Ray Wirta is the President of the Irvine Company and a top executive at The Koll Company, based in Irvine, California. He previously spent fourteen years at The Koll Company, including five years as President, before serving as the Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Group Inc. During his tenure at CBRE, Wirta directed the global firm's privatization in 2001 and its subsequent initial public offering in 2004, later serving as Chairman of the board from 2014 to 2018. He holds a Master of Science in International Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Long Beach State, and he also acts as a partner at Arrimus Capital. His extensive career focuses on executive leadership within commercial real estate development, investment, and brokerage across large-scale office, retail, and resort property portfolios.
