Rayan Garg

Rayan Garg is the Co-Founder and CEO of Theta Software, a B2B software startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area. At Theta Software, he leads growth, operations, and strategy for the three-employee company, which is participating in the Spring 2025 cohort. Previously, while a student at Archbishop Mitty High School, Garg founded Elevate the Future, an educational nonprofit that scaled to over 40 global chapters and taught computer science to more than 3,600 students. Through this organization, he launched Project Falcon in 2020 to provide free web development to small businesses, securing a partnership with Google and earning recognition from Nasdaq. He also served as Chief Operating Officer at Spark Teen, a nonprofit accelerator for high school entrepreneurs. Garg's background centers on scaling youth-led educational initiatives and developing early-stage enterprise software solutions.
