Reid Christian

Reid Christian is a General Partner at Charles River Ventures (CRV) based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before joining CRV in 2017, he worked as a Venture Investor at Battery Ventures from 2015 to 2017 and also served as a Growth Equity Associate at Symmetric Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bates College and previously completed corporate investment banking internships at RBC Capital Markets and TM Capital. In his current capacity, Christian serves on the board of directors for more than eight active portfolio companies, including Vercel, Factorial HR, Tinybird, GreyNoise Intelligence, and Carrot Fertility. His investment strategy primarily targets early-stage technology startups operating across the infrastructure, developer tools, human resources, security, and healthcare sectors, acting as both a financial backer and a strategic advisor to founders.
