Reid Huber is a Partner at Third Rock Ventures based in Boston, Massachusetts, where he focuses on the formation and development of life sciences portfolio companies. Before joining the venture capital firm in 2018, he spent sixteen years at Incyte Corporation, starting as a member of the founding scientific team in 2002 and ultimately serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer. His earlier career included research and development roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, following his postdoctoral training at the National Institutes of Health. He holds a doctorate in Human Molecular Genetics from Washington University School of Medicine and currently serves on the boards of multiple biotechnology startups, including Tango Therapeutics and Rapport Therapeutics.
