Renee Niemi

Renee Niemi is a Partner at Mighty Capital and serves as the Chair of the Santa Clara University School of Engineering Advisory Board. Prior to her transition into venture capital, she held several senior executive positions across major technology firms, including serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Logitech’s Smart Home Division. During her tenure in the industry, she also worked as the General Manager and Global Director for Google’s Chrome and Android for Work and Education divisions, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at Plantronics. Her earlier career included executive roles at Danger, Inc. and Visto Corp., following her graduation with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University. Niemi currently focuses on venture capital investments, corporate board directorships, and advising technology companies on product leadership and artificial intelligence integration.
