Reshma Sohoni

Reshma Sohoni is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Seedcamp, an early-stage venture capital firm based in London, England. She established the firm in 2007, transitioning it from an accelerator program into a venture fund that has backed more than 500 companies across Europe. Under her leadership, Seedcamp served as the first institutional investor in publicly listed European technology companies, including UiPath and Wise. Prior to her venture capital career, Sohoni earned dual undergraduate degrees in engineering and business from the University of Pennsylvania and completed an MBA at INSEAD. She was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire in 2021 and currently serves as a Director for Seedcamp's sixth institutional fund entity. Her current investment focus centers on identifying software-driven European startups and facilitating their expansion into the United States market.
