Reuben Munger

Reuben Munger is the Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer of Vision Ridge Partners, an alternative investment firm managing over $3 billion in assets. Before establishing the firm in 2008, he served as a Managing Director at The Baupost Group and worked as a consultant for Texas Pacific Group. He graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University with bachelor's degrees in Politics, Economics, and Business Administration. Munger directs capital toward environmental opportunities and holds board positions at several portfolio companies, including EVgo Services LLC and Guzman Energy Inc. His recent activity includes deploying 30% of the firm's latest fund into North American deals influenced by the Inflation Reduction Act. Munger currently focuses on applying value investing principles to sustainable real assets, specifically targeting electrified mobility, renewable energy generation, and the built environment.
