Rhian Saleh

Rhian Saleh is a Partner at Phoenix Court, where she oversees the investment group's legal activities, including general corporate matters, strategy, fundraising, and fund structuring. Prior to her current executive role, she served as a Corporate Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, focusing primarily on high-growth technology and private equity transactions. Her previous legal experience includes positions as Legal Counsel at the publicly listed IP Group plc, managing complex university spin-outs, and as a Legal Advisor at the fintech-focused venture fund Anthemis. Saleh holds a First Class Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Glasgow and has advised major technology companies such as Farfetch, Graphcore, and Wise. She currently focuses on guiding founders and venture capital funds through complex legal lifecycles spanning from initial pre-seed stage investments to final public market exits.
