Rian Finnegan

Rian Finnegan is an independent Employer Brand Leader and the owner of Little Loaf Bakeshop, currently based between New York City and Poughkeepsie in the United States. For over a decade, Finnegan has specialized in recruitment marketing and people-focused organizational strategies, previously serving as the Head of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing at Snap. Prior to their executive tenure at Snap, they held senior employer branding roles at Pandora and earned a degree from the College of Arts, Media and Design at Northeastern University in 2011. Earlier in their professional career, Finnegan worked as a software engineer and notably founded a technology startup that was ultimately shut down after voluntarily returning capital to its initial investors. Today, their current focus bridges independent consulting for corporate recruitment marketing with operating a regional vegan pastry business.
