Ricardo Weder

Ricardo Weder is the Managing Partner at ALLVP, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Mexico City, Mexico. Before assuming his current position, he co-founded Kueski, a Latin American fintech unicorn that reached a valuation exceeding $500 million and secured a $132 million Series B funding round in 2021. He initially joined ALLVP as an Operating Partner in 2021 before advancing to manage the firm's portfolio, which currently oversees more than $100 million in assets under management. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, dual Master of Business Administration degrees from CUHK and Mannheim Business School, and entrepreneurship training at Stanford University. Weder currently focuses on driving growth strategies and executing early-stage investments across the fintech, e-commerce, and SaaS sectors throughout the broader Latin American market.
