He began his career in music and sports management, serving as Vice President at Roc Nation Sports starting in 2013, where he represented prominent athletes and entertainers. Through 35V, Kleiman manages Durant's family office and oversees an active investment portfolio comprising over 100 early-stage companies across the financial technology, artificial intelligence, and health sectors. In 2019, he co-founded the sports business media network Boardroom, which has produced original content for platforms including Netflix and Apple TV+, and he holds minority ownership stakes in professional soccer franchises Gotham FC and the Philadelphia Union.
