Richard Pinto

Richard Pinto is the Principal and Head of the Portfolio Management and Finance team at 3one4 Capital. In this role, he oversees a dedicated team that provides management, monitoring, and financial guidance to a portfolio of over 70 venture-backed startup companies. His core responsibilities include leading financial due diligence, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving operational efficiency across the firm's diverse investments. Prior to joining 3one4 Capital, Pinto spent more than four years working at prominent Big Four accounting and consultancy firms, where he focused on auditing and due diligence within the real estate, manufacturing, and renewable energy sectors. He previously earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from St. Joseph's College of Commerce. Pinto's current focus centers on optimizing internal reporting and streamlining financial operations to support the sustainable growth of early-stage venture capital portfolios.
