Rick Firnando

Rick Firnando is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Verihubs, an artificial intelligence-based identity verification startup located in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this executive role, he directs strategy, operations, and growth for a 63-employee organization that utilizes computer vision to streamline Know Your Customer processes for the global financial services sector. Prior to establishing Verihubs, Firnando served as the Head of Business Development at a B2B Communications Platform as a Service provider, where he increased annual recurring revenue by three times within one fiscal year. He brings over nine years of enterprise sales and customer development experience across the Southeast Asian digital application market, having also participated in a Summer 2021 startup accelerator cohort. His current focus centers on scaling engineering and product design initiatives to reduce identity authentication times from weeks to seconds.
