Rick Holton, Jr. is the Co-Founder and General Partner of FINTOP Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in St. Louis, Missouri. At FINTOP Capital, he manages investments in the financial technology sector, overseeing a portfolio backed by more than $700 million in committed capital across five distinct funds. Previously, he served as a Founding Partner at Cultivation Capital, where he directed investments in technology and life sciences startups, and established the Holton Capital Group to manage family office allocations in private equity and real estate. Holton currently holds board director positions at several portfolio companies and regional organizations, including Arch Design, CoverCress, Anchor Packaging, and the Olin Alumni Board. His professional focus remains centered on scaling early-stage financial technology enterprises and structuring private equity transactions across the broader technology and life sciences sectors.
