Rick Tuley

Rick Tuley is the Managing Partner at Richard Tuley Realty, an independent real estate brokerage and private investment firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Before entering the real estate and private investment sectors, he served as a Captain and Ranger in the United States Army, completing multiple tactical deployments. He built his foundational financial expertise by earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and later completing an MBA in Finance and General Management at Harvard Business School. Over a professional career spanning more than 20 years, Tuley has managed high-value property portfolios across the Southeast, directed strategic asset allocations, and advised various early-stage ventures on operational scaling. His current focus centers on leveraging his military leadership experience and institutional finance background to drive long-term value in commercial real estate and alternative investments.
