Ricky Engelberg is a Partner at Glilot Capital Partners based in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he focuses on early-stage investments in enterprise software, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. At Glilot, which manages over $300 million in assets and recently closed a $120 million fund in the first quarter of 2025, he oversees a portfolio of more than twenty technology companies. Prior to his current position, Engelberg held investment roles at PICO Venture Partners and co-founded multiple startups operating within the financial technology and software-as-a-service sectors.
