Rinat Remler

Rinat Remler is a Partner at Jerusalem Venture Partners and an Operating Partner at Glilot Capital, appointed in September 2025 to accelerate global expansion. At Glilot Capital, she supports a firm with over $1 billion in assets under management, a $500 million fund close, and a track record of 22 exits. At Jerusalem Venture Partners, she previously served as Chief Financial Officer during a $220 million fund close before transitioning to her current partnership role. Before entering venture capital, this certified public accountant held executive positions as the CFO of both Elron and SCR Dairy, having earned an MBA from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and an economics degree from the University of Haifa. Her current focus centers on guiding financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and global scaling strategies for enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity startups.
