Rishabh Sambare

Rishabh Sambare is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Gale, a technology company focused on automating corporate immigration processes for startups. In this role, he leads the engineering team to develop scalable and secure platforms that streamline the H-1B visa process and integrate directly with existing human resources and payroll systems. Prior to founding Gale, Sambare worked at Tesla, where he developed and implemented algorithms designed for renewable energy trading. He also contributed to the University of Waterloo by enhancing the matching engine utilized for the institution's cooperative education program. Sambare earned a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, during which time he initially began building automations for Canadian immigration forms. His current focus remains on leveraging his background in algorithmic development to build technical solutions that simplify complex business immigration workflows.
