Rita Georges

Rita Georges is the Managing Partner at Serotte Law, where she specializes in United States immigration law for startups, investors, and corporate clients. With over 13 years of legal experience, she manages complex investment, family, and employment-based immigration cases, including EB-5 visas and TN USMCA applications for Canadian and Mexican citizens. Originally from Beirut, Lebanon, Georges earned her Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2011, completing a dual concentration in international law and finance. She is admitted to practice law in New York and maintains active memberships with the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Her current practice focuses on resolving cross-border inadmissibility issues and securing visas to help international talent and foreign investors build business operations within the United States.
