Ritesh Bhatia

Ritesh Bhatia is the Managing Partner at Antler India, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Since joining the firm in January 2023, he has overseen a portfolio of more than 100 startups and recently led a $25 million fundraise for the firm's second early-stage venture fund in March 2025. Previously, Bhatia served as a Partner at Blume Ventures from 2015 to 2022, where he executed more than 40 startup investments and participated in notable liquidity events, including the 2024 HealthifyMe initial public offering. The IIT Bombay alumnus, who holds a Bachelor of Technology degree, began his institutional investment career with roles at Norwest Venture Partners following his own entrepreneurial ventures. Today, his primary investment focus centers on backing early-stage founders in pre-seed and seed-stage opportunities across the SaaS, financial technology, consumer technology, and deep technology sectors.
