Rob Tucci

Rob Tucci is a Managing Director at Texas Halo Fund based in Houston, Texas. In this capacity, he oversees early-stage venture capital investments across North America alongside managing partners such as Kevin King and David Steakley. He deploys capital ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000 per transaction to build highly diversified portfolios consisting of 20 to 30 companies. Tucci has directly contributed to the strategic management of multiple investment vehicles, including the successful closings of Fund III in 2019 and Fund IV in late 2020. Before advancing his venture capital career, he earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Ursinus College and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University.
