Robert Adelson

Robert Adelson is the Managing Partner at Osage University Partners and Osage Venture Partners, based in Merion, Pennsylvania. He originally founded Osage Partners in 1990 before launching Osage University Partners in 2009 alongside Marc Singer and Lou Berneman to invest in university spinouts, and he also established Cimarron Healthcare Capital. His current investment focus spans early stage B2B software, artificial intelligence, deep tech, and biotechnology commercialization, building upon his past success managing RAF NetVentures, a top decile 1999 vintage venture fund. Before entering venture capital, he practiced corporate law at Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen and clerked for the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals after graduating from Yale Law School and Yale College. He currently holds prominent advisory and board positions at Thomas Jefferson University, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute.
