Robert Arditi

Robert Arditi is a Partner at BVP Forge, the growth equity fund of Bessemer Venture Partners, based in Palo Alto, California. Prior to joining Bessemer in 2021, he spent over 12 years at Norwest Venture Partners, where he served as a General Partner and co-head of the firm's growth equity practice, leading investments ranging from $1 million to $30 million. His earlier career includes roles as an associate at Lake Capital, an investment banking analyst focusing on mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs, and a senior equity research associate at Raymond James. Arditi holds a bachelor's and master's degree in finance from the University of Florida, as well as an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He currently focuses on growth-stage investments in capital-efficient software, tech-enabled services, and consumer internet businesses.
