Robert Faber

Robert Faber is a Partner at Ballast Point Ventures, a growth equity and venture capital firm based in Tampa, Florida. Before joining the firm in 2010, he spent three years as an Associate at Wachovia Capital Partners, now Pamlico Capital, focusing on the media, communications, and business services sectors. He previously worked for two years as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Wachovia Securities. At Ballast Point Ventures, Faber helped deploy capital from the firm's $164 million third fund and currently serves on the boards of seven companies, including PowerChord, Symphonic Distribution, and Work Shield. He has also represented the firm in investments with PowerDMS, Dash Solutions, and AVOXI. His current investment focus centers on identifying and supporting rapidly growing private companies operating within the software-as-a-service and technology-enabled business services sectors across the Southeast.
