Robert Glassman

Robert Glassman is the Executive Vice President of Search and Evaluation at Enavate Sciences. He brings nearly 30 years of experience across healthcare finance and biopharma, having previously served as a Venture Partner at OrbiMed Advisors and a Managing Director and Vice Chairman at Credit Suisse. Before these roles, Glassman oversaw healthcare portfolios for Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity and consulted for the pharmaceutical practice at McKinsey & Company. A board-certified hematologist-oncologist, he earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and previously served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell. In early 2021, he expanded his industry oversight by joining the boards of directors for multiple biotechnology firms, including Pharvaris, Jubilant Therapeutics, and Umoja Biopharma. His career combines clinical oncology expertise with institutional investment strategy to evaluate and advance therapeutic development.
