Robert Harding

Robert Harding is the Co-founder and Chief Legal Officer at VoLo Earth Ventures, an investment firm focused on climate technology and clean energy. He brings over 20 years of specialized legal experience in the startup and venture capital sectors, advising emerging companies on complex corporate transactions. Prior to establishing VoLo Earth Ventures, Harding founded Harding Law, a boutique legal practice dedicated to serving clean energy clients across business law, contracts, and strategic transactions. He also previously served as the General Counsel for Skint Acquisition LLC, where he managed corporate governance and legal strategy. Throughout his two-decade career, he has successfully negotiated and closed numerous multi-million-dollar licensing contracts and partnerships with major Fortune 500 companies. Harding currently leverages his extensive transactional background to structure impact investments that support early-stage climate solutions and advance renewable energy.
