Robert Sternberg

Robert Sternberg is a Director at EQT Growth, originally from New York City, specializing in growth-stage software and financial technology investments across the United States and European markets. Before joining the firm in 2025, he spent seven years as an investor at Accel across their San Francisco and London offices. During his extended tenure there, he played a key role in establishing the firm's Growth Fund presence in Europe and launching its global Leaders Fund.
