Robert Swisher

Robert Swisher is a venture capital professional currently serving as a Venture Partner at Interlock Capital. In this capacity, he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and funding early-stage portfolio companies across the internet, financial technology, health tech, media, and entertainment sectors. At Interlock Capital, he collaborates with co-founders Al Bsharah and Neal Bloom to support emerging enterprises through an extensive network of industry experts and seasoned operators. Prior to his transition into venture capital investment, Swisher held executive operational roles, including serving as a Vice President at the enterprise fleet management software company Platform Science. He also contributed to the regional technology ecosystem through his direct involvement with the startup accelerator CONNECT ALL at the Jacobs Center. Today, Swisher leverages his diverse executive operating background to identify, fund, and scale promising early-stage technology startups.
