Robert Thong

Robert Thong is the Founder and CEO of MultiOmic Health and a Founding Partner at Selvedge Venture. Over a 30-year career, he has collaborated with more than 100 organizations across 14 countries, holding leadership roles such as Co-head of the Life Sciences Group at Capgemini and Managing Director of Datamonitor Healthcare, now part of Informa. He previously served as a non-executive board member at Alpharma Inc., which was later acquired by Pfizer, and he earned an MBA from MIT alongside a mathematics degree from Imperial College London. Through Selvedge Venture, Thong manages a $14 million fund that has invested in a dozen life sciences startups and is currently raising a $25 million second vehicle. His current professional focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, and precision medicine to advance therapeutics discovery and digital health platforms.
