She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Minnesota and maintains an active Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. Borg currently focuses on driving talent acquisition, executive coaching, and organizational development within the digital health and SaaS sectors to improve overall healthcare access and sustainability.
