Robin Vasan

Robin Vasan is the Founder and Managing Partner at Mango Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm that is currently based in San Francisco, California. Before establishing his current firm, he spent over two decades as an enterprise software entrepreneur and served as a Partner at Mayfield Fund. Throughout his extensive venture capital career, Vasan has generated over $1.5 billion in distributions on approximately $224 million of invested capital. Mango Capital currently manages more than $150 million in total assets, writing initial checks of $2 million to $3 million for portfolio companies that were subsequently acquired by major technology corporations like Cisco, Harness, and Amazon. His current investment strategy remains strictly focused on backing pre-seed and seed-stage startups that are developing cloud infrastructure, open-source developer tools, and artificial intelligence applications for the modern enterprise software market.
