Rod Stoddard

Rod Stoddard is an Operating Partner and Managing Director at Salt Creek Capital based in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations at Skyview Capital from 2018 to 2021, where he led the carve-out and creation of Continuum Global Solutions, a $400 million outsourcing business. Previously, Stoddard held executive positions including President of Media Temple, where he reversed declining trends to achieve 100 percent year-over-year cloud growth. He also served as President of Martindale-Hubbell, increasing the company's profitability fourfold during his tenure. He earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara. His current focus centers on private equity portfolio management, technology operations, and executing corporate turnarounds across the internet and business services sectors.
