Rodney Yesep

Rodney Yesep is a Partner at Hack VC, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage crypto-native protocols and companies. In this role, he helped launch the firm's $200 million Crypto Seed Fund in 2022, which received backing from institutional investors including Sequoia Capital, Fidelity, and a16z. Prior to joining Hack VC in 2021, Yesep served on the venture team at AngelList, where he managed investment vehicles such as Naval Ravikant's rolling fund and facilitated Y Combinator demo days. His earlier operational experience includes working as the first employee and Operations Lead at Angle Health, as well as co-founding Gilga Venture Capital in 2018. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Western University and attended the Ivey Business School. Yesep currently focuses his investments and advisory work entirely on advancing early-stage web3 and blockchain startups.
