Rodrigo Ocejo is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Avalancha Ventures and the Founder and Chairman of Kuspit Casa de Bolsa, based in Mexico City, Mexico. Established in 2015, Avalancha Ventures targets early-stage technology investments across Latin America and the United States, writing checks ranging from $50,000 to $2 million per deal. He concurrently serves as Managing Partner at Zagax Capital and Aralpa Capital, and has held a board director position at DILA Capital Acquisition Corp since 2021. Before transitioning to venture capital and founding Mexico's first fully online broker, he gained institutional finance experience at Bear Stearns & Co. and ABN AMRO, and earned a Master of Science in Operations Research from Stanford University. Ocejo currently focuses on backing scalable startups from the pre-seed to Series A stages, emphasizing financial technology, energy, and digital payments.
