Prior to launching his current entrepreneurial venture, he worked as a Software Engineer on the Gmail Intelligence team at Google, focusing on applied email intelligence. During his tenure at the technology corporation, Agarwal developed and scaled machine learning models responsible for intent detection that processed a volume of over 26 billion emails daily. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences alongside business management through the university's Management, Entrepreneurship, and Technology (MET) program.
