Rohini Manyam Seshasayee

Rohini Manyam Seshasayee is the Impact and Evaluation Director at The Climate Reality Project. She brings over 15 years of professional experience spanning program management, impact measurement, and stakeholder engagement across the climate technology and financial inclusion sectors. Prior to her current role, she completed an internship at Sweater Ventures and collaborated with Mindshift Capital while pursuing her graduate studies. Seshasayee earned an MBA from the Cornell University Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2023, where she was an Emerging Markets Institute and Forté fellow, and holds a BS from Visvesvaraya Technological University. In addition to her primary role, she serves as a correspondent for Impact Entrepreneur, authoring research on sustainable finance mechanisms such as Donor Advised Funds. Her current focus centers on developing organization-wide evaluation frameworks to accelerate global climate action and advance philanthropic initiatives.
