Rohit Sawhney

Rohit Sawhney is the Managing Partner at Construct Capital, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He oversees more than $100 million in assets under management and has led seed and Series A investments in over 15 enterprise infrastructure companies. His recent activity includes co-leading a $20 million Series A round for Ably in March 2025, holding board positions at StrongDM, and advising the artificial intelligence startup Neuron7. Before transitioning to venture capital, Sawhney held senior operational roles, serving as Vice President of Product at Okta and Director of Product Management at Box. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Santa Clara University. His career bridges technical engineering and product leadership with a current focus on scaling developer tools and B2B SaaS platforms.
