Roi Yosef

Roi Yosef is an investor and Senior Associate at Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP), where he specializes in early-stage and early-growth software companies. In his current role, he manages deal sourcing, conducts due diligence, and serves as a board advisor to portfolio companies on fundraising and go-to-market strategies. Before joining JVP, Yosef worked as an investment banker at Ernst & Young and as a corporate lawyer at a major Israeli law firm, facilitating mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity raises. A certified public accountant and attorney, he holds a double major in Law and Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and previously served as a Captain in the Israeli Defense Forces Intelligence Corps. His multidisciplinary background combines legal, financial, and military intelligence expertise to identify and scale emerging vertical and horizontal application software ventures.
