Ron Bouganim

Ron Bouganim is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Govtech Fund, a $23 million venture capital firm based in San Francisco, United States. To launch the first venture fund dedicated exclusively to government technology startups, he completed 562 pitches over 18 months before securing capital to back early-stage companies like AmigoCloud. Prior to this institutional vehicle, he operated as an active angel investor and startup advisor, building a portfolio that includes technology companies such as PagerDuty, HelloSign, and ShareThrough. His operating experience includes co-founding and holding early management positions at several software ventures, including CCI, which was acquired by British Telecom, and Trymedia Systems.
