Rona Segev-Gal

Rona Segev-Gal is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at TLV Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Transitioning from a successful prior entrepreneurial career, she established the firm in 2015 after leading the enterprise software investment sectors at two previous funds. She currently serves on the board of directors for more than 15 active companies, directing her investments primarily toward seed-stage startups within the artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and cloud computing sectors. Her extensive investment portfolio includes notable exits such as Odo Security, which was acquired by Check Point for $30 million in September 2020, alongside early investments in prominent technology companies like Varonis, Aqua Security, Aidoc, and Firebolt. Segev-Gal maintains a strategic focus on backing infrastructure software and developer tools founders while continuing to shape the broader Israeli technology ecosystem.
