Rory Pan

Rory Pan is an Analyst at Insight Partners based in New York City, where he evaluates enterprise software and technology investments across North America and Europe. In his current role, he contributes to deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management for a venture capital firm managing over $90 billion in assets and supporting more than 500 companies, including Deel. Promoted in early 2024, he recently co-authored the firm's 2024 Enterprise Software Report and spoke on artificial intelligence infrastructure trends at TechCrunch Disrupt. Prior to his tenure at Insight Partners, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology group at J.P. Morgan and earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science from Columbia University. Pan currently focuses his investment efforts on identifying high-growth startups operating within the SaaS, fintech, and AI-driven infrastructure sectors.
