Rose McCourt

Rose McCourt is the Operations Director at Publica, where she oversees human resources, administration, financial operations, facilities, and organizational development. Prior to joining the organization in August 2025, she served as an operations leader at the venture capital firm LocalGlobe. During her tenure at the firm, she managed strategic initiatives and successfully scaled the internal team and operational infrastructure from 7 to 35 employees. LocalGlobe is widely recognized for backing prominent early-stage technology startups, including the urban navigation application Citymapper. She began her professional career working in sales operations at the advertising technology platform Sizmek and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Queen Mary, University of London. McCourt currently focuses her efforts on executing strategic initiatives and optimizing internal processes to support the growth of venture capital and technology companies.
