Ross Fubini

Ross Fubini is a Managing Partner at Drive Capital and is primarily based in San Francisco, California. Before transitioning to venture capital, he served as the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of OMGPOP, a consumer gaming studio acquired by Zynga for $180 million in 2012. His earlier operational experience includes co-founding the mobile messaging application Pinger and working as an early software engineer at Google. At Drive Capital, Fubini has managed a portfolio of over 50 venture investments, recently leading a $100 million funding round for an artificial intelligence security startup and joining the board of directors at Snyk following its Series G financing. Holding a 1998 computer science degree from Carnegie Mellon University, Fubini leverages his technical background to focus his current investment strategy on early-stage enterprise software, machine learning, and cybersecurity companies.
