Rotem Eldar is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of 10D, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Israel. He established the firm in 2019, which currently manages approximately $335 million in assets and focuses on seed and Series A investments across the digital health, fintech, insurtech, and artificial intelligence sectors. Prior to founding 10D, Eldar served as a Partner at Gemini Israel Ventures and held executive roles including Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Labs and Vice President of Product Management at Onset Technology. During his tenure at Gemini Israel Ventures, he directed investments and served on the boards of prominent technology companies such as WalkMe and Moovit, which was later acquired by Intel. With over two decades of experience building and backing technology enterprises, Eldar currently focuses on identifying and scaling emerging Israeli technology startups.
