Roxanne Varza is the Director of Station F, the world's largest startup campus, based in Paris, Île-de-France, France. Before assuming this executive position, she served as the Google Launchpad EMEA Manager and worked in technology journalism after graduating from the French business school HEC Paris. At Station F, she oversees more than 30 startup programs that host thousands of founders annually, and she recently expanded the organization's global partnerships with major technology corporations, including Microsoft and Meta, in 2023. In 2025, she launched the campus's inaugural AI Founders program, selecting over 100 startups, while maintaining personal advisory roles across more than 20 early-stage companies alongside venture firms like Kima Ventures and Axeleo Capital. Her current professional focus centers on scaling European innovation ecosystems through specialized incubation programs dedicated to artificial intelligence, deep tech, and climate tech entrepreneurship.
